It started with one Photo Walk...
SLC Photo Community was born in the summer of 2023 with a simple idea: to create a space where photographers across Salt Lake City could come together, share their work, and inspire one another.
It all started after a local photo contest brought a few of us together. We were excited by how many people in SLC were passionate about photography, but noticed how few chances there were to connect in real life.
So we hosted our first photo walk and invited anyone who wanted to join. People showed up, cameras in hand and curiosity in their eyes. That moment sparked something real.
Since then, we’ve been walking, learning, and growing together ever since.

Fofo has a deep love for film photography, patas and storytelling. he co-founded the community to bring people together through visual narratives.

Dario is a street photographer and organizer who wanted to create space for creativity and real-world connection in SLC.
